Refund and Dispute Policy
Due to the digital and consulting nature of our services, refunds are not provided once work has commenced or deliverables have been sent.
To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer up to two (2) rounds of revisions per project to meet the agreed-upon specifications.
Any disputes regarding services rendered must be submitted via email within 5 business days of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
For recurring or monthly services, cancellations must be requested at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle.
For one-time projects, if a client cancels after work has begun but before final delivery, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total project value will apply to cover labor hours invested.
Terms and Conditions
By hiring our services, the client acknowledges that Colors Media Agency is responsible for the technical and creative execution of the agreed strategy, but cannot guarantee third-party platform results.
All payments must be processed through our official secure payment channels.
